Terms of service

These terms are between you and Kay-Maids LLC, trading as SnapToTackle (“we”, “us”). They cover this website, your account, and sending a game to us to be broken down (“the cloud service”). The SnapToTackle software you download and run yourself is covered by its own licence agreement. What we collect, and who else sees it, is on the privacy page, which is part of these terms.

You agree to these terms when you buy or redeem a game, upload a film, or sign in. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 18, or old enough to make a binding agreement where you live, and acting for yourself or for a team, school or club that has let you. The service is not for children under 13, and nobody may make an account for one. Players under 18 appear in game film all the time; section 4 is about that.

2. Your account

You sign in with a code we email you, so your account is only as secure as your email: keep it to yourself. We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms or to harm the service or other people.

3. Sending a game to us

• You upload a game film and we break it down into one clip per play. The result is available from a private link and from your games when you sign in with the same email.
• Your film is deleted as soon as your clips are made. If a run fails, or an upload is never finished, the film is deleted within 48 hours.
• Your clips are kept for 21 days after the game is finished, then deleted. Download what you want to keep before then.
• A record of the game — its file name, when it ran, the setting, how many plays were found, and any feedback you leave — stays with your account.
• A game is paid for when you buy it, at the price shown at checkout for the setting you chose (Standard, or the deeper pass). A game bought at one setting runs at that setting.
• If a game fails on our side, we will run it again or refund you. Tell us at [email protected].
• A free game from a code is one per person and email address. We may withdraw a code that is being misused. A game run on a software licence uses that licence’s hours of film, as the licence agreement describes.

4. Your film, and the people in it

Your film and your clips are yours. You give us permission to store, process and deliver them only to provide the service to you — including sending short portions of the film to the AI provider that does the analysis, named on the privacy page. We do not use your film for anything else, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI.

By uploading, you confirm that you have the right to: that the film is yours or you have permission to use it, and that you have any consent needed from the people in it — which for players under 18 may mean their parents or guardians, your school, league or association. You are responsible for that permission, not us. Upload game film only; nothing unlawful, and nothing you do not have the rights to.

5. What the AI does and does not promise

Plays are found by an AI model looking at the video. On the footage we measured it found every play, but models make mistakes: a play can be missed, or cut a little early or late. Check the clips before you rely on them for a game plan, a recruiting reel or anything else that matters.

6. Things you may not do

• Try to get into accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or break the service’s security, bot checks or limits.
• Copy, scrape or resell the service, or use it to build a competing one.
• Upload anything unlawful, or film you do not have the right to use.
• Collect more than your share of free games, or pass off a free game as something you sell.

7. The service as it is

We work to keep the service running and correct, but it is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop parts of it; if we stop the cloud service, games you have paid for and not yet run will be run or refunded.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made from the clips, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

9. Ending

You can stop using the service at any time, and ask us to delete your data as the privacy page describes. We may end your access if you break these terms. Clips and films are deleted on the schedule in section 3 either way.

10. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email customers before it takes effect and date the new version at the top. Using the service after that means you accept the change.
